Terms & Conditions

Submitting an order constitutes a binding purchase offer. Checkout requires explicit confirmation of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. Automated checkout confirmation merely acknowledges receipt.

Most PAVED™ products are made-to-order. Production begins only after order confirmation. Customers acknowledge a reasonable production time before dispatch.

PAVED™ reserves the right to decline orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical issues, or manufacturing constraints. Full refunds are issued if payment was already received.

Customers must provide accurate information (name, address, contact details). PAVED™ holds no liability for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

PAVED™ operates under Polish VAT exemption per Articles 113(1) and (9) of the Polish VAT Act and EU Directive 2006/112/EC. All prices shown are final gross amounts, with VAT not applicable. Invoices note: "VAT exempt – Art. 113(1) and (9) Polish VAT Act."

Accepted methods are displayed at checkout. Submitting payment confirms your authorization to use the selected method.

Banks or payment providers may charge conversion or international transaction fees. These are not imposed by PAVED™ and will not be reimbursed.

Orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs duties and import taxes. Customers bear sole responsibility for these costs, which are not included in the purchase price.

Upon pricing errors, PAVED™ may cancel orders or correct prices before processing. If already paid, customers choose between accepting the corrected price or receiving a full refund.

PAVED™ ships worldwide unless destinations face temporary or permanent regulatory or logistical restrictions.

Made-to-order products dispatch within 3–7 business days after confirmation. Preorders ship on or after specified dates. Customers receive delay notifications if needed.

Carrier-provided estimates are non-binding and vary by destination.

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. This does not affect statutory consumer rights regarding defective products.

Tracking numbers are provided when available; visibility may be limited in local postal networks.

PAVED™ bears no liability for delays from customs, carrier backlogs, incorrect customer information, weather, strikes, or uncontrollable circumstances.

If marked delivered but not received, PAVED™ assists with carrier claims. Replacement or refund is issued only upon carrier confirmation of loss or misdelivery.

Parcels returned due to refusal, unpaid customs, incorrect address, or repeated failed attempts are treated as unauthorized returns. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Return carrier costs are deducted from refunds; reshipment requires new shipping fee payment.

If delivery fails from an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from a pickup point within the carrier timeframe, clause 5.8 applies.

Customers bear responsibility for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and destination-country charges outside the EU.

PAVED™ bears no responsibility for delays from customs, strikes, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions.

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods without reason via email notice. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered in error or is defective.

PAVED™ voluntarily offers a 30-day goodwill return worldwide at its discretion. It may be refused for excessive wear, misuse, or product/packaging damage.

Eligible returns must be in as-new condition, damage-free, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Light examination is acceptable; prolonged use reducing resale value may void returns.

Contact returns@paved.eu or legal@paved.eu to initiate. A return address is provided only after approval. Unapproved shipments will not be processed.

Customers pay return shipping unless the wrong item was delivered, the item was damaged before carrier handover, or PAVED™ explicitly agrees to cover costs.

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval, using the original payment method, within a reasonable processing time. Deductions apply for damage, missing components, or diminished value.

EU consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee covering manufacturing defects and non-conformity at delivery, independent of goodwill policies.

The statutory warranty covers defects existing at delivery or shortly thereafter — not damage from misuse, improper care, or normal expected-use wear.

Excludes damage from improper handling/cleaning (e.g. machine washing), normal wear, dents, discoloration, abrasions, fabric softening, customer modifications, and accidental or intentional damage.

PAVED™ may require photos or documentation to assess defects before approving a claim. Items may require return for further inspection.

Valid claims result in repair, replacement, or refund at PAVED™’s discretion if neither repair nor replacement is feasible.

Failure to follow stated conditions may void replacement or refund eligibility.

All website content — designs, graphics, typography, branding, artwork, characters, worldbuilding, text, layout — belongs to PAVED™ or licensed parties.

The name PAVED™, associated logos, product names, hero identities, and related visual or narrative elements are protected under trademark and IP law. Unauthorized copying, imitation, or use is prohibited.

Origin Series geometric patterns, design philosophy, and character aesthetics are proprietary. Reproduction, resale, or derivative products/media are prohibited without consent.

Text, copywriting, imagery, animations, layout, and brand storytelling are protected. Extraction, replication, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Purchasing products or accessing the website transfers no IP rights; only personal use rights for the intended purpose are granted.

Third-party content (fonts, licensed material, software, design resources) remains the property of its respective rights holders and is used per license terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PAVED™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from purchase, use, or inability to use products.

Products are intended for normal consumer use as mousepads/desk mats. PAVED™ bears no liability for damage from misuse, improper cleaning, extreme conditions, or modification.

PAVED™ is not responsible for failures of shipping carriers, payment processors, printing partners, material suppliers, or hosting platforms.

PAVED™ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Downtime may occur from maintenance, technical failure, or external factors.

Nothing limits liability prohibited by law, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or EU mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory EU consumer protections supersede conflicting provisions for EU-resident customers.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent Polish courts. This does not affect consumers’ right to sue in their country of residence under EU law.

PAVED™ cooperates in good faith with EU ADR mechanisms before formal action. ADR participation does not waive statutory rights.
